They update you through each step of the process and have a very user-friendly app for submitting documents and signing paperwork. Growing up, my parents fell behind on their mortgage payments. Desperately looking to keep their home they instead were forced into a foreclosure, which set them back financially for decades. In the end, they sold their house at a massive loss which set them back financially for decades. At age 18, I was forced to live in a temporary house until I could afford a place of my own.
The fear of being broke and not having certainty fueled me… I knew I wanted financial security and, in serving others, I could make unlimited amounts of money as long as I was adding value and positively impacting others. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted… But, I knew what I didn’t want. I knew that in sales I could make unlimited amounts of money as long as I was adding value to others.
Mortgage was my first truly fulfilling career. Reflecting on my parent’s situation years ago, I realized how much I could have helped them knowing what I know now. As a Loan Officer, I felt a responsibility to educate and advise those in my community on how to make the best financial investment in their future.
I opened up my own mortgage company so that I could remove any ceilings on my potential. Realizing that my business would grow as my real estate partners grew. I opened up the Professional School of Advanced Real Estate Sales with the goal of training and educating Realtors to be the best that they could be.
Today we work with our Real Estate Agents to generate leads, convert leads, and implement successful sales and marketing strategies. Together, we create opportunities through a true partnership where both parties exceed their goals.
